Thank you so much to parents who have supported us in donating so we can take the children to the Theatre in the coming weeks. Unfortunately, we still have a significant shortfall in payments. If you feel you can help, these items are still on parent pay. We will make a final decision at the end of next week.
Busy end
Parents of children in Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 are invited to a busy end in school next week on Tuesday 12th November at 2.45pm. This will be an opportunity to visit class and for your child to celebrate and share with you some of their learning from this term.

This will take place before the busy end with a 2.15pm start for those parents who wish to attend. This term we will be looking at the personal development map for children in school and asking for parents feed into this.
Netball Super Cup
Thank you to those parents who signed up for the netball super cup visit in March next year. Payment for tickets and/or transport are now due and these have been loaded to parent pay. We have one parent who signed up for a ticket but did not add their name to the form. If you requested a ticket, but do not have a payment item for this on parent pay, please contact us as this may be your ticket.
Bus arrangements
Please ensure that any bus amendments are communicated via the school office by 12 noon at the latest. Any changes will be confirmed by the office. After this point the office is unmanned and we cannot make any changes to the bus list. If you have not had confirmation of any changes requested, please do not assume these have been seen by staff at school.

The Clothing Bank charity are appealing for parents to pick up an extra item of clothing whilst shopping that can be gifted to a child in need this Christmas.
New items can be purchased and brought into school for the charity to collect. It would be wonderful if as many of us as possible could support this appeal this Christmas. Thank you for your support.
Reminders…
Charging Policy
As part of our reviews as a governing body, we have reflected on how charges are made to parents and wanted to provide some clarity around how and when charges are applied to parent pay accounts and the expectations of when payments for these should be made.

These are applied to parent pay accounts on a daily basis so parents can pay these weekly or monthly.
Accounts should be settled in full on the last day of the month in which they were taken.
