We have sent out an email advising of our upcoming Influenza vaccinations in school.
Within this email is a link which all parents/guardians should follow if they wish to provide consent for their child receiving the vaccination. Please note, consent is required before the end of September in order for the vaccination of your child to go ahead.
If you have not received the email or require any further information, please contact the office.
PLEASE NOTE, the vaccinations have been resheduled for tomorrow.
