The Yorkshire 3 Peaks fund raiser
Rufus (year 3) is walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks on Thursday 1st August (Yorkshire Day). This is a 25 mile walk, with 3 mountains to climb, all in 12 hours!!!
He is hoping to raise £1000 to help his cricket club (Studley) fund some much needed upgrades to the grounds and facilities. He would love it if anyone would like to sponsor him, any tiny amount would really help motivate him along this very tough route! This is the link to his JustGiving page:

A reminder that we are holding our SEND parent coffee morning on Monday 15

Palm class DT
On Friday (tomorrow) Palm class will be constructing castle structures. If you have any boxes e.g. cereal boxes or tubes to spare, please drop them off at the KS2 building. We already have some but can never have too many, thank you.
School Library Books
Our library system is now back up and running, thank you for your patience whilst we resolved the difficulties. As it is coming up to the summer holidays, we are requesting
all school books to be returned. This helps us manage our collection of books. Please help your child by checking bedrooms, bags and shelves for any school books and return to your class teacher as soon as possible. If you are needing books for over the holiday to enjoy, please take advantage of the wonderful North Yorkshire Council library services - they also have great audiobook options, perfect for long journeys!
