Conkers
Acorn class are collecting conkers and would be grateful if anyone has any or can collect any to donates to school – huge thanks!
Reading books – Acorn and Oak class
Thank you to the Acorn parents who attended the reading meeting this week. Just as a reminder, reading books will be sent home to the classes above each Wednesday. Please ensure these are returned on Friday.
Jeans for Jeans
Jeans for Jeans charity day is Friday 23rd September. Children can come in non-uniform and wear jeans for a donation of £1.00 in cash. This can be brought to school on the Friday morning.
Gardening Club
The gardening club are selling some of their left over produce on Tuesday after school to raise money in support of the people of Ukraine. Please support their efforts by bringing donations.
Annual consent and trips forms
Just a reminder for any outstanding forms to be returned as soon as possible.
Homework
Just a reminder, the new homework policy will be sent next Friday. In the meantime, please keep on reading!
Health and Safety
Please can all children with long hair (below shoulder) wear this up for health and safety reasons. Bobbles are available in school.

The GoTo
North Yorkshire County Council jointly with the NHS have created a new website to help support mental health within young people. This new website is dedicated to helping children and young people find mental health support in North Yorkshire. The Go-to is a portal or ‘single point of information’ for mental health support services offered by different agencies in the county. With lots of useful tips, information and signposting the site has specific ‘young person’, ‘parent/carer’ and ‘professional’ tabs for easy navigation.
