What a wonderful week we have had in Palm Class! At the start of the week, we spent a lot of time rehearsing for our KS2 production of 'Shakespeare Rocks'. As I am sure you'll agree it was time well spent! The children were absolutely amazing during the performances - they acted, sang, danced and moved scenery wonderfully. It was great for Mrs Wolfe and I to be able to sit back and enjoy all of the children's hard work. Thank you to everybody for their help in preparing costumes at home as well as learning lines, listening to songs and helping rehearse dance routines!

In our Maths lessons this week we have focussed on angles - including identifying different types of angles, ordering angles and solving angle problems. We really enjoyed using our investigation skills to reason with angles. In English, we have reflected on our year in Palm Class and written our own version of the end-of-year reports which should accompany your child home tonight.

Finally, on Thursday we had a great day at the 'Kirkby Festival' - it was a lovely treat to end such a busy week! Have a great weekend.

Apologies - it has been such a busy week that we have hardly had time to pick up a camera! We will have a double whammy of photographs next week!
